Talnua Penicillin
1/2 oz Heritage Selection Whiskey
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz honey-ginger syrup
Add the ingredients to shaker with ice
Shake approximately 15 seconds
Strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube
Top with 1 oz Talnua Peated Cask Whiskey
Garnish with candied ginger or lemon peel
Honey-Ginger Syrup:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
3-inch piece of ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
