Casual Tea of Society

2 oz Talnua Finglas Gin or Finglas Dubdair Gin

1/2 oz chamomile thyme honey syrup

1/2 oz lemon juice

Shake with ice for 10 seconds.

Strain into Nick & Nora.

Garnish with a thyme sprig.

*optional - shake with an egg white

*optional - top with a splash of soda water
