2025 Olde Saint's Keep Special Release Whiskey
AVAILABLE AT THE DISTILLERY ONLY BEGINNING MARCH 14
This year's Olde Saint's Keep is an American single pot still whiskey, triple distilled from a mash of 50% unmalted barley and 50% malted barley.
The whiskey was aged for 2 and a half years in Ex-Bourbon barrels with both French Oak and American Oak staves.
From there, our whiskey was transferred into barrels that held PX sherry for 17 years and then 1948 Solera-ed Brandy for 13 years. Our whiskey rested in those barrels for 2 years and 3 months giving it a final age statement of 4 years and 9 months.
These barrels have seen a great life!
